How Cloud Consultant (1981) Co., Ltd. collects, uses, and protects personal data under Thailand’s PDPA.
1. Who we are
Cloud Consultant (1981) Co., Ltd. ("we") is the data controller for personal data collected through cloudconsult.co.th.

2. What we collect
Data you give us. When you submit the contact form: name, email, phone, company (optional), your message, the consultation topics you select, and how you heard about us.
Data collected automatically. If you accept analytics cookies: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you navigate the site. Our host also processes your IP address to serve pages and to block automated abuse.
3. Why we use it, and our legal basis
Consent — to reply to your enquiry and to send you information about the services you asked about; and to set analytics cookies.
Legitimate interest — to keep the site secure, prevent spam and bot submissions, and measure site performance with a cookieless tool that does not identify you.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

5. Who we share it with
We use service providers who process data on our behalf: cloud hosting and database providers (website delivery, data storage, and protection against automated abuse) and Google (Analytics, only with your consent). These providers may store or process data outside Thailand; we rely on their contractual and legal safeguards for such transfers.
We otherwise disclose personal data only when the law requires it.
6. How long we keep it
Contact-form enquiries: up to 2 years after our last contact with you, then deleted.
Cookies: for the lifetimes listed in the table above, or until you withdraw consent.
7. Your rights under the PDPA
You have the right to access your data and get a copy, to have it corrected, to have it erased or its use restricted, to object to processing, to request portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew it.
To exercise any of these rights, email business@cloudconsult.co.th. We respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC), Thailand.
